About Balenciaga in New York (Important)

I am a massive balenciaga fan to be honest, two weeks ago, I called Balenciaga New York store to order a bag from them, because the city I live doesn't have this brand. Therefore, the only way I could get their bags is either order online or by phone. Today, I eventually receive it.
Right after they handed me over the box which was mailed by UPS ground. I feel like something bad gonna happen. Then I went back to my apartment and opened it. Just like I could feel something wrong already. I AM SO FREAKING DISAPPOINTED about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The bag doesn't come in its original box, just covered by a very used dirty dust bag which you could easily tell from the color. Also, non of the tags are attached with the bag, all loosely put in that broken ugly random box. There is no plastic paper which they used to have to protect the mirror come with the bag, the mirror is so scratched as everyone who has eyes can easily tell! The biggest problem is the bag itself!!!It is an used bag!!! Or I could say for sure it's a bag they used as a display bag in the store. The bottom of the bag is totally wore out!!!!
I'm not trying to be a mean customer, and I have never be complained about anything I purchase so far, especially these luxury brands, they all have very decent service,but seriously, BALENCIAGA!Is it the customer service you guys supposed to offer to your valuable/  returning customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After all that, I called their manager ask for an exchange or even refund about the bag, they asked me to mail the bag back for them and give me an exchange which I have to pay the ups fee by myself, because they didn't mail me the prepaid-returning paper, which they supposed to have it in the box, They had it before!!!
I hope what I said would actually help people who just like me, need to do lots of online/phone shopping if the merchandise is not available in store. Just a warning for all of you guys.

So I finally decided to start my new daily blog here. It's all about shoes makeups bags and other beauty stuff, and my everyday news. 
I went shopping this weekend...got some lush bath stuff, I really like the smell, makes me feel so girly and refresh.
